We Build, We Connect, then You Finance

  • We organize the construction of the projects with world-class EPC contractors to the most stringent of bankability standards
  • We need you to commit – watertightly – to acquire the project immediately after Grid Acceptance and first invoicing.
  • We can prepare that acquistion with c80% debt if required
  • Should anything in the new Bulgarian RE law fall below expectations a MAC clause will ensure your obligation-free exit.

As co-developer of utility-scale projects, both internal and external, we provide the following to regional IPPs and investors:

  • Transmission expertise
  • Utility relationship
  • DD process and relationships (legal, technical and financial)
